Written by: Suzanne Roberts, Social Emotional Learning Specialist Random Acts of Kindness Week starts on Sunday, the 14th of February, and continues through Saturday, the 20th. This is an annual tradition of celebrating and spreading kindness. We know instinctively that kindness is helpful - that it benefits both the giver and the receiver, but what does the science suggest? Take a couple of minutes to watch this Science of Kindness video to find out more about that, and then join us as we work to spread kindness this week during Random Acts of Kindness! As the video shares, this is as easy as helping someone close to you, holding a door, or smiling at a stranger.
