We will also have members from the Steering Committee, D’Evelyn Education Foundation (DEF), Jr. High Social Committee, and the D’Evelyn Dash meeting and greeting you before the presentation. Our School Store will also be open for you to purchase your D’Evelyn gear. Juniors, just a reminder that the SAT is coming up on April 12th. If you're looking to improve your math score, Mrs. Weber is offering optional SAT review sessions. These sessions will start on Wednesday, March 1, during 7th hour and will continue every Wednesday throughout March and the first Wednesday in April. During the first session, we will review frequently missed questions by D'Evelyn students from last year. In the next two sessions, students will take a practice exam, and in the final two sessions, we will review the exam. Students can sign up on the counseling google classroom.

Bella has really turned things around this semester. I am happy that she is seeking help when she needs it and working hard to get assignments turned in on time.” - Ms. Hanna, English Teacher
Reilly Harrington, 11th grade
It is my pleasure to nominate Reilly Harrington for the senior high English Scholar of the Month. Reilly takes pride in her work, coming to class prepared and willing to participate in discussion on a daily basis. She provides thoughtful insight, makes space for her peers' contributions, and takes a genuine interest in gaining a deeper understanding of the texts that we study. The classroom is a brighter place because of Reilly! -Ms. Sprague, English Teacher

Congratulations to the Heart of D’Evelyn winners for the month of February. The Heart of D’Evelyn Award is intended to recognize students who exemplify the core values that we find in D’Evelyn’s Founding Document. These core values are Responsibility, Honesty, Self-Control, Kindness, and Fairness. These winners were chosen by their teachers based on their actions and behaviors in class, the lunchroom, and the hallways.
Porter Giguere, 8th Grade
Porter is an amazingly thoughtful student who is constantly aware of others around her. She listens to other students and provides support to those in need whether simply by expressing empathy or helping them find solutions. During class, Porter makes connections to the world around her and takes our history conversations to deeper levels that help everyone understand the impacts each of us have on a larger scale. She has a positive outlook that makes the classroom, and our school, a more enjoyable and kind place to spend our days. - Mr. Gause, Social Studies Teacher
Riki Hirasawa, 10th Grade
Riki is wonderful! He is usually the first student to enter my third-period class, and he always has a smile on his face that could light up a room. Riki works tirelessly on everything he does for class; he truly gives 100% effort, 100% of the time. He is incredibly kind to his peers, and he is most deserving of this award. I am so thankful to have him in Western Civ this year! - Ms. Paske, Social Studies Teacher
