Trick or Treat Street

Join The D’Evelyn Library in celebrating our favorite books by participating in this year’s pumpkin/gourd decorating contest! Entries must be dropped off at the library on Monday, October 24th by 7:30am to be included in our voting.

Contest Rules

You may use pumpkins or gourds to create your project. Fake pumpkins/gourds are allowed if you prefer.
Absolutely NO CARVED entries on ANY pumpkins - real or fake. All pumpkins or gourds that have carved skin will be disqualified and sent home.
You may decorate with paper, glue, paint, or any other craft items on the pumpkin. Be creative!
Projects must represent a character, quote or symbol from a book.
An entry form will need to be filled out when the pumpkin is dropped off.
Pumpkins will be displayed in the library from October 24-28th and at Trick or Treat Street. All pumpkins must be taken home by the end of the day on Monday October 31st. Any pumpkins left after 2:45pm on Monday will be discarded.
