MAP Testing and Senior Finals Schedule on May 11 & 12

Senior Finals and English and Math MAP Testing for 6th-10th grades will take place on Thursday, May 11 and Friday, May 12.  On these testing days, the entire school will operate on a modified block schedule as outlined below.

​Details specific to MAP testing:

• The MAP Math Test will be taken by students in their Math classes. Only students who are taking Math classes from 6th grade through Algebra 1 will take this test. 
• Students in 7th to 10th grade will take the MAP Reading Test during their English classes. However, 6th-grade students will take it in Ms. Civian's Writing class.
• The MAP testing will be stopped at the end of the class hour. If any student is unable to complete their test within the testing period, they will finish their test on the test make-up day (which is yet to be determined).

Thursday, May 11 Class Schedule

On Thursday, classes will be held for periods 1-3 and 7th hour.  These class periods will be longer to accommodate the testing schedule. Although students will attend their regular classrooms for each period, their lunch period might be different based on the floor of their 3rd period class and subject, as explained below.

Friday, May 12 Class Schedule

On Friday, classes will be held for periods 4-7.  These class periods will be longer to accommodate the testing schedule. Although students will attend their regular classrooms for each period, their lunch period might be different based on the floor of their 6th-period class and subject, as explained below.
